CreateDesiredPosition function

    from recruitment.wsdl

    Related functions: ListDesiredPosition, UpdateDesiredPosition?, DeleteDesiredPosition

    It's posible to assign desired position to:

    •     recruitment project, like open position - for specifying branch of position

         fill in 'client' with project id

    •     candidate for a open position - specifies position branch preferred by candidate

         fill in 'candidate' with id of recruitment candidate

    •     consultant

    optional:
